I’m not just here to deliver a keynote; I’m here to create an experience that truly transforms your audience. I know what it’s like to juggle ambition, self-doubt, and the constant pressure to “do it all,” because I’ve lived it. I bring that understanding into every session, combining vulnerable storytelling that moves women (tears and laughter are common!), with interactive moments that spark introspection, reflection, and connection. I’m also a singer-songwriter who can integrate my message-driven music into keynotes.

What sets me apart is my ability to leave women feeling not just temporarily inspired, but equipped to take bold, transformational action. As part of my preparation, I interview key stakeholders who will be in the room and integrate their stories into my customized keynote. I never “phone it in” as a speaker.

My involvement doesn’t stop when I leave the stage because I’m not a “drive by” speaker. I’ve been known to bust a move on the dance floor, join in on a karaoke night, or have hour-long chats, connecting with attendees in ways that show them I truly care and am fully engaged. I also offer access to resources to sustain the learning, including blog posts, podcast episodes, and videos.

For a more immersive experience, I also offer a virtual kickoff session before the event to help women connect, set intentions, and start the journey of transformation even before we come together in person.

I address the real, raw challenges women face—silencing themselves at work, second-guessing their worth, sabotaging themselves, and burning out while trying to do it all. My sessions give women the tools to unmute their voices, own their strengths, and show up unapologetically, so they have greater impact and influence.

My signature keynote for women’s events is UNMUTE Yourself: Activate Your V.O.I.C.E., Visibility & Vitality at Work. That topic resonates with women regardless of age, tenure, or title because all of us have moments when we downplay, diminish, and doubt ourselves, selling ourselves short. I come in as a catalyst to help women realize the ways they’re holding themselves back, so they can begin to step up, show up, and say yes. The result is higher performance and elevated influence and impact. I also speak about shifting From Burnout to Breakthrough and The Resilience Reset, if either of those topics is of interest.
