Rachel’s clients in education

Hi, I'm Rachel.
And I’m the wife and daughter of educators
I come from a family of educators—both my parents dedicated the early years of their careers to teaching, and my husband is a physical education teacher, coach, and former camp counselor. Education has always been at the heart of my life, and I have a deep respect for the work you do to shape minds, inspire curiosity, and create safe spaces for learning and growth.
I know the challenges you face—balancing the needs of students, staff, and families while navigating increasing demands and limited resources. My sessions are designed to equip education leaders, staff, and students with the confidence, courage, and clarity to tackle these challenges. I bring storytelling, practical tools, and interactive experiences to help educators reignite their passion, build resilience, and foster stronger connections with their peers, students, and communities.
Attendees often share that they leave my sessions feeling energized and inspired to make meaningful changes—both for themselves and the people they serve. If you’re looking for a speaker who understands education and can inspire your audience to lead with purpose and heart, I’d love to partner with you. Let’s create an experience that uplifts and empowers your educators, staff, and students to thrive.

Always! At the end of every keynote, I share all of the raw data and summary data from your audience that I gather during the keynote, so you can repurpose it for blog content, social media posts, marketing, and strategic planning discussions.
I also offer the audience a variety of resources to continue their learning, including blog posts, podcast episodes, videos, and prompts from the keynote, so they are supported to continue to implement what they’ve learned.
