UNMUTED, LLC is the company behind the speaking, training, and content work of Rachel Druckenmiller. Through the Site, we share keynote and workshop information, articles, resources, music, podcasts, and other materials, and we offer ways to connect with us about booking and related services.

4. Speaking, Training & Other Services

Information on the Site about keynotes, workshops, trainings, retreats, and related services is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement of our services will be governed by a separate written agreement between you (or your organization) and UNMUTED, LLC. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement will control with respect to that engagement.

Submitting a booking inquiry or contact request through the Site does not create a contract or guarantee availability.

5. Email & Newsletter Communications

When you provide your email address — for example, to receive our toolkit or newsletter — you consent to receive communications from us. These may include resources, updates, and occasional promotional content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will honor that request. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
